Green and Gold Beauty – O’Reilly’s Hinterland Wedding

It’s completely true that when I met Rosie at a Brisbane Bridal Expo in 2014 and she told me her wedding would be an O’Reilly’s Hinterland Wedding I told her I was going to shoot it for her. I love O’Reilly’s Rainforest Retreat. The views, the sunsets, the green and gold beauty. Ah-maz-ing! So I was stoked when Rosie and her fiance Pat decided I was the photographer for them.

Rosie and Pat are a cool couple. Laid back, slightly disorganised and into food. My kind of people. They also own a vintage car. Win!

So when it came to their wedding in October I was expecting cruisy, fun, colourful and a nice touch of DIY. I wasn’t disappointed. The day was perfect. The people, the laughs, the dress getting stuck in the brambles. All awesome. Then the sun set and I lost my mind. I mean, you could not have orchestrated this kind of beauty if you tried. Absolutely STUNNING!
